internships at one PacificCoast Bank

One PacificCoast Foundation and Bank are partnering with Inner City Advisors for an exclusive 2012 summer internship program which will provide valuable work and learning experiences to students. There are 8 internship positions available for summer of 2012.  These internships are for college juniors and seniors and MBA students interested in finance, business, marketing and, communications, particularly those interested in socially-responsible business. The internships provide an opportunity to work at an innovative institution helping to develop new models for socially-responsible banking and financial services.

Interns will then go on to work with Inner City Advisors where they will gain hands-on experience partnering with a local small business to solve a real-life buisness problem.

We are seeking motivated individuals to work at One PacificCoast Foundation for six weeks, and Inner City Advisors for three additional weeks.  Upon the completion of the program, interns will present to a panel of industry professionals about their learning experiences during the internship.  Summer 2012 interns will also participate in a Community and Socially Responsible Banking and Business curriculum, which consists of a weekly series of 5 workshops, led by experts in the fields of banking, community banking, investing, and finance.  Workshops may also include field trips to relevant institutions to meet experts and see the work in action.
